Kim is a native of Florida and graduated from Florida State University in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Sociology.  Later, she relocated to Denver, CO where she worked for one of the largest property management companies in the country as the Director of Operations.  Kim currently lives in Fort Lauderdale and holds a real estate license in both Colorado & Florida.
