Rich grew up in South Florida and has been an avid real estate investor, broker and consultant since 1995. Rich graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Economics. An entrepreneur with a passion for technology, Rich has worked in the pharmaceutical and aviation industries in addition to real estate. As the developer of one of the first real estate web sites in the mid 90s, Rich continues to be actively involved in the company web site and is a frequent contributor to the company blog and other web site content. Rich enjoys golf, boating, skiing and fly-fishing.
